Contract Services

Our contract services free clients from the challenge of finding and hiring experienced EHS professionals and procuring EHS software to support a W-2 employee.

We are keenly aware of what it requires to effectively manage an EHS program at the modern industrial site, which makes us a great resource to fill the EHS role at your organization. We can provide part-time support, an embedded contractor or consult you through the hiring process and we provide these services to small and large organizations ranging from warehousing to heavy industry. These services can be a long-term solution or short-term for special projects or to fill a void so the organization can continue to maintain it’s EHS program.

All deliverables related to contract services can be provided in English or Spanish.

We ensure that each of our professionals is knowledgeable in the latest OSHA and EPA regulations and is able to meet the needs of your project in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Through skilled risk management and compliance, our full-time and part-time on-site professionals will help you maintain a solid EHSE record, reach your goals, avoid fines for non-compliance, and – most importantly – keep your workers safe and environmental clean.

Our network of highly trained and qualified professionals allows us to quickly locate the perfect fit for your environmental, health, safety and/or energy management needs, providing a cost-effective alternative to hiring a permanent employee. We provide the professional to supplement your team and administer overhead costs related to compensation and taxes.

In the event that a BCA professional becomes unavailable due to illness or another unexpected reason, our other professionals will fill the void until a replacement is assigned.

BCA Environmental Consultants has been assisting industrial clients for over 30 years. This means we have hired several professionals ourselves and we have worked with EHS departments across a range of industries, so we know the skills and personalities that will likely lead to a successful hire.
