See the demolition as it happens! Aerial photos of the site will be updated weekly so come back every week to see the progress. BCA assisted the City to obtain a grant from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs in the amount of $500,000 to help fund the demolition activities.

Elkhart Demolition - Week of 3/11/13

Demolition of the 700 W. Beardsley building continues to be a model project! A link to video of the demolition activities is included. Demolition is progressing, and is scheduled to be complete in early April.
